Building a business requires more than just a product and a couple business cards. Those of you who continue to track down your friends, family, neighbors and anyone else that you think may possible want to look at your business are going to spend a ton of time learning to deal with rejection. Take the time and answer these questions, and you will have a true understanding of what you need to start building a foundation for endless self and business growth.

Why would I want to work with me?

When you step back and take a look at what you do, what you are learning, are you worth working with. What are your pros and cons, you must evaluate yourself and promote your pro’s and build on your cons. When you are consistently doing this, you are growing. And the number one reason people who succeed, succeed, is because they growing into a professional, and people see them as that.

What do I have to offer others?

People don’t join businesses, people join people. You can have the most innovative product at the most perfect timing, but if you can’t teach someone how to effectively and financial grow their theirselves and thieir business, they won’t see you as someone that can help them get to where they want to be. Hence they will never join you in your venture. People want to learn how to market their business, you have to be able to teach them.

This industry gives common people the opportunity to start their own business for little to no money upfront. So, in turn there are thousand of people with no marketing/sales experience that start a sales and marketing company. When you have the ability to teach them how to market their products, you will both grow together.

What do I want to accomplish?

To be a leader in the MLM/Network Marketing industry you have to be able to see the big picture. You need to know where you want to be in the next 6 months, the next year ad so on. Knowing where you want to be allows you to set goals to how you are going to get there. Write your goals down, make them realistic. To many people are pushing their goal to unachievable heights, and when they don’t accomplish them, they feel like a failure and eventually give up. Realizing the opportunity at hand is not always enough for some people to have the strength to orient themselves for success.

Always remember that knowledge is key, the more you learn, the more you share and the more you have to offer the world, the world will reward you greatly for it.
